The coach who keeps an eye on you every day
Your Garmin piles up numbers — workouts, sleep, heart rate — and nobody reads them. Fizkult reads them and writes first every morning: how the night went, what it means for your training load and what to do today. It compares you not with the average athlete but with your own baseline.

Two minutes —
and your coach is online
Nothing to enter by hand, nothing to set up. From there it speaks first.
Connect your Garmin
Two minutes in the bot: tap the link, allow access — done. Just leave the Historical Data box ticked: with it your whole past history comes across, and your coach knows your baseline from day one.
It works out your baseline
How much you usually sleep, what your resting heart rate usually is, how much you usually train. From there it compares you with yourself — and tells you where today has drifted from your own usual, not from somebody else's table of norms.
Then it writes first
Every morning — how the night went and what to do today. After a workout — a breakdown. On Sundays — the week. You can ask at any moment: it's in the same chat.
Morning. Your coach has
already looked at your night
No dashboard to decode. An ordinary conversation — like one with a coach who already knows.
This dialogue is an example. Yours will run on your numbers.
Claude Opus 5 answers in the chat — the coach speaks to your situation, and you can argue with it.
The whole coach —
in one chat
Every card below is either a command in Telegram or a message that arrives on its own. It doesn't invent a training plan: you or your coach send yours, and it walks you through it day by day.
Morning
Arrives on its own. Sleep with a verdict on the night, recovery and readiness, the week's workouts, yesterday — and the coach's words on what to do with all of it. At the end it asks how you feel.
🏠 Today
The morning letter, there to come back to at any point in the day. It recalculates nothing — it shows you the very morning you read.
💬 AI coach
Ask anything — it answers knowing your history, your sleep and your plan. Not a page of search results: a conversation about you.
Workout breakdown
Finish and it lands: what kind of work that was, how your body took it, where it sits in your week. With the workout's numbers and a split by lap, if there were laps.
📅 Weekly breakdown
On Sundays — what happened over the week and what you carry into the next one. Pro plan.
🧬 Sport profile
What you've run, ridden and swum — and how your body is taking it.
🎯 My plan
Send your plan as text — a list from your notes will do. Your coach keeps it in front of it every day and marks off what's done. If you have a human coach, they can send the plan straight to you.
🧠 Memory
Goals, limits, circumstances — everything it leans on is out in the open. You can add to it, correct it, switch it off or delete it. Nothing is remembered behind your back.
👥 Team
Who can see your data. Opened access to a coach — you revoke it right here, in one tap, no explanations.
🔌 Watch and data
The full list of what came across from your watch, and the state of the connection. You can see which days have data and where the watch went quiet — and why.
Coaching people?
There's the Coach's room
You see your athletes every morning — not once a week at a session. In one letter, without the "so how are you feeling today" round.
A morning summary for the whole group
One letter every morning: each athlete's sleep and heart rate for the night, workouts you hadn't heard about yet, and for anyone with no numbers today — the date of their last data. "No data" and "did nothing" are different lines.
Invitations by link
You send a link to the people you coach. Each of them decides whether to open access, and can revoke it at any moment — at which point they simply drop out of the summary.
Plans straight to the athlete
You send a plan from the Coach's room — it arrives in the athlete's chat and they accept or decline. The card shows the state: awaiting an answer, accepted, declined.
A boundary both of you can see
You get the numbers: their state and the facts of their workouts. You do not see their Morning, their breakdowns or their conversations with the coach — those stay between them and the coach in the chat. The athlete reads this same text on the consent screen, before they agree.
A bot in your group
that counts consistency
A running club, a cycling team, a chat of friends who promised each other they wouldn't fade out in November.
One rule
A day with a workout in it counts towards the season. Not kilometres and not pace — days. The fast and the slow are equal in this chat, and that's deliberate: consistency isn't held together by speed.
Season and tiers
A season runs to its own date, and everyone has their own tier: Start, Rhythm, Stride. It's not a podium — we mark turning up, not placing. You can ask for the table in the chat at any moment.
Nobody appears without saying so
Until a person has chosen how they want to be shown, they aren't in the table at all — not by name, not as a line. The club puts nobody's data into the group chat without permission.
It doesn't only hit the brakes.
It also says "go"
Any readiness score can tell you to take it easy today. You need a coach to also name the day you can add — and explain what it's for. It's the same Thursday the intervals moved to on Wednesday.
Intervals 5×3′ — today.
"Two decent nights, resting heart rate back to your 47. Your race is six weeks out, and this work still fits inside them comfortably. The week isn't lost — it's been reshuffled."
First —
7 days free
The first week is full Pro, free and without a card. After that — 499 or 999 ₽ a month: a month of Pro costs less than a single session with a human coach. There's a yearly option — it works out like ten months instead of twelve.
- Every Pro feature, no limits
- The week starts when you connect your watch, not when you press "Start"
- No card — you pay only if you decide to stay
- Morning every day and the "Today" screen
- Three workout breakdowns a week
- Three questions to the coach a day
- Sport profile, plan, memory, "Team"
- No weekly breakdown — that's in Pro
- Everything in Basic
- A breakdown of every workout, however many there are
- Questions to the coach without a count
- The weekly breakdown on Sundays
Paying — by card through YooKassa or Robokassa: the bot sends the payment link itself, and it asks which card you have — one from a Russian bank or a foreign one. The payment page belongs to the provider; there is nowhere to pay on this site. We don't set up recurring charges: access ends on its own date, the money doesn't leave by itself — there's nothing to cancel. Terms and refunds (in Russian).
What Fizkult is —
and what it doesn't do
Fizkult is a coach that knows your numbers every day, remembers what you allowed it to remember, and tells you in plain words what to do.
Fizkult is not a doctor or a replacement for a human coach. It makes no diagnoses and gives no medical advice. If you have your own coach, Fizkult works with their plan, not against it.
And it doesn't make things up. If no data came in for the night, it will say there's nothing to compare today against rather than slot in a nice-looking number. The marks in the letter say exactly that: 🟢 as usual · 🟡 noticeably off · 🔴 well off · ⚪ not comparing today.
What people ask
before starting
Do I need a Garmin?
Yes, everything rests on it: Fizkult takes workouts, sleep and heart rate straight from the watch, with nothing to enter by hand. Connecting takes two minutes, and there's exactly one place in it worth paying attention to.
The Historical Data box on the connection page. With it your whole past history comes across — and your coach knows your baseline from day one. Without it, only new workouts, and there'll be nothing to compare you against. Also sync your watch in Garmin Connect before connecting: if it hasn't handed data to the app in a while, there'll be nothing to collect.
My watch already has readiness and a suggestion for the day. Why this as well?
The number on your watch is a good thing, and we're not arguing with it. But it's calculated by one algorithm for everybody and it lives inside an app: it doesn't know you have a race in six weeks, that yesterday you wrote about a sore knee, what your coach sent for this week, or that you already moved your intervals last week.
Fizkult holds all of that in mind and speaks in decisions rather than numbers — why today looks like this, what it will give you and when you go back to the work. And you can argue with it: say "hate to wreck the week" and get an explanation instead of the same number again.
Will it write me a training plan?
No, and it's fairer to say so before you pay. The plan is written by you or your coach. Fizkult takes it as text — a list from your notes, a table from a messenger — keeps it in front of it every day, marks off what's done and tells you when your state says a day is worth shifting.
If you have no plan at all, it still works: it looks at your week and tells you what to do today. But it won't write the week-by-week build-up to your race for you.
I have a Polar, a Suunto or an Apple Watch
For now Fizkult connects only to Garmin — said plainly, without "it's all coming soon" and without dates we don't have. When other watches arrive, we'll announce it in the bot and here, on this page.
What arrives on the very first morning?
The first morning after your history has come across and you've had a first night with the watch on: sleep with a verdict on the night, recovery and readiness, the week's workouts, yesterday, and the coach's words on what to do with all of it today. Plus the question of how you feel — it takes your answer into account too.
While there are still few nights, it says so: there isn't enough to work out a baseline from. The baseline builds up over the first weeks — and from then on the comparison runs against it.
I'm an amateur, not an athlete. Is this for me?
Fizkult is built for exactly this: you train a few times a week, you put your own week together and you don't always know when to push and when to rest. A pro with a team of coaches doesn't need it. Someone with nobody supporting them between sessions — very much does.
I already have a coach. Why would I need this?
Your coach sees you once a week — Fizkult looks at your morning every day in between. It works with your coach's plan, not against it.
And if your coach is on Fizkult too, they can open the Coach's room: send you a plan straight into the chat and see a summary of all their athletes every morning. You open the access yourself and revoke it whenever you like — more on that above.
I'm a coach / I have a club
We open coach status and clubs in Telegram groups by hand, on request — that way we know who's behind it. Write to the bot and tell us who and how many you coach, or what your group is, and we'll answer in the same chat.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You don't — and that isn't a dodge. We don't set up recurring charges: a payment runs for its term, a month or a year, whichever you chose, and then simply ends. Don't renew and access closes, with nobody taking money off your card just in case. The trial week commits you to even less: we don't ask for a card at the start.
Payment and refund terms are in the offer agreement (in Russian).
Is this a doctor?
No. Fizkult makes no diagnoses and gives no medical advice. It draws coaching conclusions — "you've overloaded, time to back off" — and when a conclusion is serious it tells you itself how long to wait and what sign to take to a doctor. If something hurts or isn't recovering, see a doctor first.
What about privacy?
The numbers from your watch work only on your recommendations. We don't sell them and don't pass them to third parties.
Inside the bot everything is open: /data — exactly what came across from the watch, /memory — what the coach remembers about you and what can be erased, /team — who sees your data and how to revoke access. In detail — in the personal data policy (in Russian).
Your watch already knows.
Let somebody read it.
Two minutes to connect — and a letter is waiting for you the very first morning. A week of full Pro free, no card. Not for you — just don't renew.
